I am an artist. An abstract is my style done in layers. I have a passion for art and music. So intensity flows with the rhythm in both ways. Experimentation has been my source of learning to date. Anything on any surface and materials.

Tranceformation is the evolution process of the painting.

 

All my works you see under this title, are done by listening to a variety of music tracks. Earlier it used to be mostly Indian classical music and sometimes it used to be carefully selected tracks of Bollywood, devotional, blues, hip hop etc.

But after realizing that what has been happening was it gave me kind of trigger to start or continue the paintings. Something was inspiring my intuition and motivating me to choose the colour pallets rather I can say, I almost saw the scenario in front of me on certain areas of my canvas, and it goes on and on and on…

 

My paintings are mostly exploratory. Each time you view them you will find something new and that is why they are unique in nature. Not only that some of my works are painted from all 4 orientations! Every time you rotate it will have a different composition, that way you are buying 4 different compositions in one!

I have handled all possible mediums in art, but most enjoy is oil on canvas that too in watercolour approach. How we use lots of water in watercolours, similarly I use lots of oil in my colours. It is almost like coloured oil! It takes time to dry but when it is dry it is an ultimate experience to work on it as another layer. Like those layers keep on climbing and sometimes it looks 3D painting because it is also translucent one can see the colours underneath.
